As a Family Give These a Try-
Morning Time-
As your child starts their day, remind them: "Whatever you face today, you are not alone! God is strong and He will help you be brave."
Meal Time-
At a meal this week, have everyone at the table answer this question: "What is something that feels hard or scary right now?"
Drive Time-
While on the go, ask your child: "When do you feel the most nervous or unsure? How could God help you in that moment?"
Bed Time
Pray for each other- "Jesus, thank You that You are stronger than anything we face. Help us trust You and be brave, even when we feel afraid."
