Thank you for your interest in housing children & sponsors from the African Children's Choir!
The choir will be performing at Tri-Village on Monday, October 27 at 7pm. Host homes are needed for three nights (Sunday-Tuesday, Oct. 26-28).
Host Family Sign-Up Details:
- The children do not like to sleep in a room by themselves. They sleep quite comfortably with two in a double bed or three in a queen size bed.
- A single person is welcome to host. Adult chaperone and/or children of the same sex will be assigned to them.
- The choir never sends boys and girls to the same home. Their female chaperones may be sent home with boys. Please have a separate room/sleeping area for the chaperone.
- Lunches/Meals: For host homes, the choir asks that the host family provide sack lunches for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday as well as a dinner with the host family/person Tuesday night. (The choir will be eating at the church Sunday and Monday evening.)
- All homes must be within 30 minutes of the church; this will ensure that the children receive adequate rest.
- The children will be doing school during the day on Monday and Tuesday in Tri-Village's Cafe.
- Additional information will be emailed after signing up to serve as a host home.
