Tri-Village Staff

Paul has been the Minister at Tri-Village since November 1990. Prior to his coming to Tri-Village, Paul had served in pulpit ministries in Kentucky, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Paul's primary roles at Tri-Village include preaching, teaching, general church administration, oversight of staff, and visitation. He is a graduate of Kentucky Christian College with a B.S. in Communication (Preaching and Speech) and Bible (1986). Paul is married to Barbara and they have one son named Adam. Paul enjoys reading, traveling and family.

David is responsible for the worship, involvement, and spiritual formation ministries at Tri-Village. He is a graduate of Johnson Bible College, Hope International University, and holds a Doctorate of Worship Studies from The Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies. In addition to ministering at Tri-Village, he also serves on the faculty of Rockbridge Seminary. David is married to Lynn and enjoys traveling, reading, and music.

Ryan's ministry involves youth, grades 5-12. He is a graduate of Johnson Bible College in Knoxville, TN. Ryan has a strong desire to see today's youth become strong in their faith and learn what it means to love God and love people. Ryan is married to Crystal and has 3 dogs. He enjoys sports, music, reading and spending time with the youth.

Barb has been the Secretary/Office Administrator at Tri-Village Christian Church since February 1998. Her prior background for twenty-six years had been in the Data Processing field as a computer operator (twelve years) and then in Direct Marketing/Promotion (about twelve years). Barb's hobbies and favorite pastimes are reading, genealogy, gardening, and traveling to see her family in California or other places with her husband. She has been married to Gary for 15 years and has two adult children, Chris and Debbi, who live in California where she hopes to retire.

Sandy is the Director of all children's ministries, Nursery through 4th Grade. Prior to Sandy becoming Children's Director at Tri-Village in 2005, her experience encompassed a period of more than 30 years serving in the children and preschool areas as a volunteer and/or staff member. Her commitment to education and children is also evidenced by her service as a school board member for the Tallmadge, Ohio Public School System. She has held offices in the Parent Teacher Associations at the local and county level. Sandy is married to Dan and has three grown children and six grandchildren.

Sarah has been serving as the Administrative Assistant since December 2005 and has been a member of Tri-Village since 2000. Prior to her employment at Tri-Village, she was a stay-at-home mom who home-schooled her two daughters. She is a 1986 graduate of Rio Grande College/University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. Sarah is married to Eric, and they have two daughters, Hannah and Laura, along with Daisy their dog and their two cats, Lucy and Oliver. She enjoys quiet moments outside on summer evenings and spending time with family and friends.
